Customs and import taxes

Digital books are processed by Etsy and should be available immediately after purchase.

Returns and exchange details
• NO cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds. I will replace your item if it is damaged or defective. I require a photo of the damage before I can refund or replace your mug.
• As always, please contact me if you have any questions or concerns via Etsy message prior to purchasing your mug.
• All emails will be answered within 24-48 hours.
• Information cannot be revised after I submit it for production. Please verify and double-check all information prior to submitting your order.
• IMPORTANT: If you are not completely satisfied, please give us an opportunity to make it right before you leave negative feedback.

A note on image licensing/copyrights: All of the images I've used in my patterns are my original design, were licensed legally by the original owner, are in the public domain, or came from websites that have no licensing restrictions. If you are the owner of one of the images and you believe that it was NOT licensed properly, PLEASE contact me and let me know, and I will take it down. I do not want to steal anyone's artwork!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Because I use a separate production facility to print and ship my products, I cannot include special notes or messages when items are shipped.
Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have the right to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Personalization is free on all products! Some tumblers and shirts can’t be customized because they are integrated and automatically sent in for printing. Please ask if you’re not sure!
I will send you a draft of what your product will look like AFTER you purchase the item & upon request. Keep in mind that providing a draft for your approval and/or making more than one edit could delay the processing time. Mugs are printed on both sides. You can have a different phrase or photo for each side.
If you want something different than what’s on the listing, I can change the text on almost all items. There is no character limit for most items, but the more text you add, the tinier the design will be. I also can add a graphic to the text.
After hitting "submit" - your order is placed. Orders are processed within 24 hours in the order they are received. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Saturday only. Generally, customers receive their order in 7 business days or less, depending where you are in the country. During Nov-Dec, processing, shipping and delivery times may be longer due to higher volume of orders, poor weather, and delays by the post office. If, by chance, you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
I accept cancellations and will give you a refund if you send a request to cancel within 2 HOURS after purchasing.
Due to the personalized nature of my products, and lack of space, I do not accept returns.
I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I can send a replacement. I am not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order. Some items are automatically sent in for printing, so I do not refund orders that cannot be personalized and you requested personalization upon ordering.
I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders. Also, whether or not an order is marked as a gift, we never include the price on the packing slip.
Yes, but it must be added within 24 hours of placing your order as during non-busy seasons, I send orders in the same or next day. Please contact me first to make sure I haven’t sent the order in if you’ve placed an order and now want it expedited.
I offer bulk or wholesale orders for 11 oz or 15 oz WHITE MUGS ONLY. Minimum 10 or more mugs per order. The shipping is free! The more mugs you buy, the less it costs per mug. To order bulk, message me and I will give you the current link to the bulk order listing.
Discounts: When you buy more than one mug, a shipping discount is automatically given at checkout. Shipping for mug sets has already been discounted and the price is on the listing.
If your order requires a photo, you can either email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or send it here on messages by simply attaching it. For photos on mugs, a photo that is taller than it is wide will look the best. Please send a clear photo. I will change the DPI to 300 but if photos are blurry or grainy to begin with, they won’t turn out well on the mug.
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular or standard shipping. The range of delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy and may change depending upon what point we are at in the processing time. Also, due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff or out of stock products, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control.
